Yes! You must be at least 15 years old by the last day of your certification course and be able to swim and to complete a swim intensive prerequest assessment of your swimming abilities.

Our starting pay depends on your lifeguard experience. Apply and inquire to determine your starting pay rate.
1. Check your email. The Blue Water human resources department will be contacting you in regards to your application. In this email, you will receive a calendar of certification courses.
2. Attend and pass your certification course.
3. Complete your hiring paper work.
4. Attend orientation and choose your uniform package.
Typically, payment plans are not provided and payment is required prior to the first day of your certification course. However, we want to work with you! If you are in need of a payment plan due to special circumstances, please e-mail info@bwrecservices.com or discuss the matter with your interviewer at your hiring fair as payroll deduct may be the best option for you. Blue Water must have a credit card on file for your certification course. We will not charge the card so long as you complete payment through payroll deduct while employed by Blue Water Recreational Services.
